THE INCIDENT

Iburst Wireless billed me the last 3 months R3300 for each month and my subscription cost is only R192 for the 2GIG account and I haven't even used all my cap.I called them 4 times to change my email address to where my statements must be sent to,but till today hasn't changed it.How pathetic of them.

I cannot reach their account department for the last 2 days to solve this problem.
I am now forced to take legal action against them as they have caused me damages for the last three months,debit orders that cannot be billed because Iburst took all my ****** money,Now I have to pay R125 penalty fee for the bank for each debit order that didn't go trough, times 3 months.
